Shipping:
- We ship orders daily and do our best to get your goodies out the door quickly!
- $6-8 flat-rate US shipping depending upon the weight.
- FREE shipping on orders over $100
- Please allow 10-15 business for processing of custom orders. During peak seasons (holidays and back to school), allow at least three weeks. If you have a rockin' event you'd like your order rushed for and we have it in stock, please fill out the form below and we will try our best to accommodate you, higher shipping rates may apply.
- Live nearby New Ulm, MN? Select Local Pick Up at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready! Your email will include all of the pick up details.
- FREE pick up is also available at our Brandon, SD studio just simply use the code BRANDON at checkout.
- Orders ship to the address you provide at checkout—please double-check it!
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our shop, or for customer errors that result in misdelivery.
- If something goes wrong in transit, we’ll do our best to help you work with the carrier.
Returns:
- All of our products are custom made just for you! These items are NOT eligible for returns or exchange. We encourage customers to use the size charts for reference when unsure about which size to order. For additional questions on sizing, please contact us. We wear all these pieces ourselves and we can tell you how they fit. Please also verify that all spellings are correct, for personalization.
- If an item is defective in some way, please contact us. The item will need to be sent back to us before a replacement is shipped.
- Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package.
