- $4-6 flat-rate US shipping depending upon the weight or FREE on orders over $100!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours.
- Please allow 10-15 business for processing of custom orders. During peak seasons (holidays and back to school), allow at least three weeks. If you have a rockin' event you'd like your order rushed for and we have it in stock, please fill out the form below and we will try our best to accommodate you, higher shipping rates may apply.
- FREE pick up is available for New Ulm, MN (use code NEWULM) and Brandon, SD (use code BRANDON).
- Only non-customized items are eligible for returns.
- Return items MUST be postmarked within seven days of receiving your order.
- No refunds will be issued, only store credit.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached.
- Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package.
- A vast majority of our products are custom made. These items are NOT eligible for returns or exchange. We encourage customers to use the size charts for reference when unsure about which size to order. For additional questions on sizing, please contact us. We wear all these pieces ourselves and we can tell you how they fit. Please also verify that all spellings are correct, for personalization.
- If an item is defective in some way, please contact us. The item will need to be sent back to us before a replacement is shipped.
