This Cuddle Minky fabric is soft & smooth with Blue Line Flag and Many Awesome Police Sayings backed with Luscious Silver Frost Luxe (Looks white) in a 15mm High Pile OR Red or Navy Minky Options.  Top-Stitch Edging.

Machine Washable on Gentle.  Dry on Low or Air Fluff.  NO fabric softener or dryer sheets.  Minky is an Ultra Soft but sturdy 100% Polyester fabric.  Very durable and easy to care for.
